Another group of Waxwings flew south over the Obs today, plus a Velvet Scoter was offshore and a Water Pipit was seen on the pools.

Offshore
6 Shelducks east, 4 Wigeons west, 225 Common Scoters west, 1 Velvet Scoter west, 3 Red-breasted Mergansers west, 1 Gannet west, 9 Red-throated Divers west, 2 Great Crested Grebes west, 5 Kittiwakes west, 7 Little Gulls, 4 Guillemots west, 2 Razorbills west and 52 Auk sp. west.

Visible Migration 
62 Woodpigeons south, 11 Redwings south, 5 Waxwings south, 2 Meadow Pipits south, 23 Chaffinch south, 2 Bramblings south, 2 Siskins south and 1 Redpoll south.

Grounded Migrants 
35 Blackbirds, 25 Redwings, 8 Song Thrushes, 1 Blackcap, 1 Goldcrest and 1 Brambling.

Others
800 Pink-footed Geese, 2 Gadwalls, 2 Water Rails, 1 Buzzard, 2 Peregrines, 230 Sanderlings, 31 Snipe, 1 Jack Snipe, 145 Black-tailed Godwits, 1 Med. Gull, 1 Short-eared Owl, 1 Kingfisher, 1 Water Pipit and 1 Snow Bunting.
