A Spanish ringed Reed Warbler was trapped during a ringing session this morning and the Swallow roost produced a catch of 52 during the evening. This was the first catch of Swallows, as the roost has moved from the traditional reedbed to a new location. Also two of our leg flagged Turnstones - AR & AT returned today.
