After heavy overnight rain a few 'fresh waders' were on the move at dawn and in the increasingly strong easterly wind Hirundines started moving along with a superb juvenile Hobby. This flew past at head height giving stunning views.

Heavy overnight rain dropped some migrants in this morning, the most prominent species being Wheatear with 40 counted. A warm southerly wind in the afternoon produced the Autumn's first Osprey and a push of Hirundines south.
