The first Pomarine Skua of the spring flew past this morning, and a Common Redpoll was trapped & ringed.

29 Common Scoters east, 2 Red-breasted Mergansers, 1 Goosander east, 3 Red-throated Divers east, 4 Gannets west, 1 Arctic Skua east, 1 Pomarine Skua east, 40 Sandwich Terns, 2 Common Terns and 26 Arctic Terns east.

Visible Migration
218 Pink-footed Geese north, 1 Little Ringed Plover east, 4 Whimbrels  east, 24 Wood Pigeons east, 9 Sand Martins north-east, 4 Swallows north-east, 3 Yellow Wagtails east, 8 Alba Wagtails north-east, 7 Tree Pipits north-east, 71 Meadow Pipits north-east, 27 Linnets east, 29 Redpolls east and 24 Goldfinch east.

Grounded Migrants
2 Chiffchaffs, 28 Willow Warblers, 8 Blackcaps, 1 Lesser Whitethroat, 3 Whitethroats, 3 Sedge Warblers, 1 Reed Warbler, 6 Wheatears, 3 Lesser Redpolls and 2 Siskins.

Others 
3 Wigeons, 1 Shoveler, 1 Little Egret, 48 Ringed Plovers, 1 Whimbrel, 6 Black-tailed Godwits, 127 Turnstones, 51 Sanderlings and 75 Dunlins.
