With an improvement in the weather it was a superb visible migration day today.

Offshore 
22 Eiders, 52 Common Scoters west, 2 Red-breasted Mergansers west, 1 Red-throated Diver west and 1 Auk sp. west.

Visible Migration 
2482 Pink-footed Geese south, 6 pale-bellied Brent Geese south, 2 Golden Plovers south, 11 Magpies soutk-east, 3 Ravens north & 2 South-east, 73 Skylarks south, 56 Swallows south, 26 Starlings south, 1 Song Thrush south-east, 1 Mistle Thrush south-east, 3 Grey Wagtails south, 85 Alba Wagtails south, 3845 Meadow Pipits south, 17 Chaffinch south-east, 3 Greenfinch south, 88 Linnets south, 1 Siskin south, 29 Goldfinch south and 6 Reed Buntings south.
