Offshore
2 Gannet west, 8 Common Scoter west, 1 Great Crested Grebe west, 35 Sandwich Tern and 2 Common Terns.

Visible Migration
6 Whimbrel west, 1 Swift south, 32 Swallow east, 2 Grey Wagtail south,  2 Yellow Wagtail south, 3 Alba Wagtail south and 2 Meadow Pipit south.

Grounded Migrants 
20 Wheatear, 6 Whitethroat, 1 Lesser Whitethroat, 4 Reed Warbler, 2 Willow Warblers, 1 Robin and 1 Tree Sparrow.

Others
97 Ringed Plover, 31 Sanderling, 38 Dunlin, 5 Black-tailed Godwit, 2 Snipe, 1 Greenshank, 180 Turnstone, 3 Med. Gulls and 1 juv Peregrine.

Ringing
3 Whitethroat, 2 Reed Warbler and 1 Dunnock.
 
 As the morning warmed up a number of butterflies were on the wing 
around the obs including the Peacock and Small Tortoiseshell above, and 
the Speckled Wood and Meadow Brown below.
