The first Little Ringed Plover and White Wagtail of the year were recorded today.

Little Ringed Plover

Offshore
3 Wigeons east, 7 Common Scoters east, 6 Red-breasted Mergansers, 4 Red-throated Divers east, plus one bird picked up coming very high from the SE over the golf course & heading NE out over the bay, 1 Guillemot east and 2 Auk sp. east.

Visible Migration:
11 Alba Wagtails north, 154 Meadow Pipits north, 6 Chaffinch east, 9 Greenfinch east, 12 Linnets east, 18 Goldfinch east and 1 Siskin east.

Grounded Migrants
4 Goldcrests, 2 Chiffchaffs, 5 Wheatears and 1 White Wagtail.

Others 
14 Wigeons, 1 Gadwall, 2 Goldeneyes, 1 Little Egret, 1 Little Ringed Plover, 18 Ringed Plovers, 5 Golden Plovers, 22 Black-tailed Godwits, 155 Turnstones, 63 Sanderlings, 2 Snipe and 3 Stock Doves.
