Highlight`s
today included another sighting of a Puffin offshore, a Marsh Harrier and a
Common Redpoll
was found.

18 Shelducks east, 35 Common Scoters west, 8 Manx Shearwaters east, 2 Gannets
west, 2
Kittiwakes east, 4 Little Terns east, 6 Sandwich Terns east, 5 Arctic Terns
east, 1 Puffin - flew east
into the bay and landed on the sea off the point at 07:00, 1 Guillemot east and
4 Auk sp. east.
Further observation in the evening produced 13 Common Scoters east, 3 Manx Shearwaters west, 5 Gannets west, 2 Arctic Skuas
harassing Terns, 35 Sandwich Terns, 2 Guillemots east, 2 Razorbills east and 3
Auk sp. east.

75 Pink-footed Geese east, 1 Marsh Harrier- cream crown picked up in
the mouth
of the bay coming in off, made land fall at the south end of the golf course and
went east over the
peninsular, 1Whimbrel east, 1 Sand Martin north-east, 215 Swallows north-east,
19 House Martins north-east,
1 Tree Pipits north-east and 11 Redpolls east.

3 Whimbrels, 3 Sedge Warblers, 2 Wheatears, 1 Common Redpoll and 4
Lesser Redpolls.
