After yesterday`s movement of Scoters it was Cormorants on the move today, a total of 618 moved east into the bay before settling onto an offshore sandbank. There was also a notable
influx of Great Crested Grebes offshore.

Offshore
92 Common Scoters west, 5 Red-breasted Mergansers, 7 Red-throated Divers east & 9 on the sea, 618 Cormorants east, 28 Great Crested Grebes and 1 Auk sp. west.

Others
800 Pink-footed Geese, 1 Buzzard, 1 Merlin, 2 Peregrines, 1 Woodcock, 200 Black-tailed Godwits, 7 Rock Pipits and 1 Bullfinch.

Ringing 
2 Blue Tits, 1 Long-tailed Tit, 2 Robins and 1 Greenfinch.
