The continued easterlies sprinkled a bit of 'black magic' at the obs today!

Offshore
402 Arctic Tern east, including a single 1st summer bird, 53 Black Terns east (largest flock 15 & several landed briefly on a distant sandbank with Arctics), 2 Common Tern east, 2 Sandwich Tern east, 11 Gannet, 9 Manx Shearwater east, 1 Red-throated Diver east, 8 Guillemot, 6 Auk sp, 12 Common Scoter, 1 Great Crested Grebe, 1 dark morph Arctic Skua east, 9 Shelduck north and 135 Knot south.

Visible Migration
1 male Hen Harrier flew east offshore at 06:55,12 Swift east, 66 Swallow NE, 9 House Martin NE, 4 Sand Martin NE, 3 Redpoll east, 5 Goldfinch east and 1 Siskin north.

1 Wheatear, 8 Spotted Flycatcher, 1 Sedge Warbler, 1 Garden Warbler and 2 Willow Warblers.
