The second Siberian Chiffchaff of the Autumn was found today, it was heard calling in Willows and watched on & off for a while before ending up in one of the mist nets.

23 Common Scoters west, 5 Red-breasted Mergansers, 1 Red-throated Diver west, 2 Great Crested Grebes and 3 Auk sp. west.

Visible Migration
145 Wood Pigeons south, 53 Jackdaws south, 3 Skylarks south, 6 Fieldfares south-east, 11 Redwings south-east, 1 Brambling south-east, 58 Chaffinch south-east, 6 Goldfinch south and 1 Siskin east.

Grounded Migrants
1 Siberian Chiffchaff, 1 Chiffchaff and 30 Redwings.

Others 
1,000 Pink-footed Geese, 330 Wigeons, 140 Teal, 2 Shovelers, 4 Goldeneyes, 1 Little Egret, 420 Lapwings, 33 Ringed Plovers, 37 Black-tailed Godwits, 120 Turnstones, 300 Dunlins, 11 Snipe, 1 Merlin,
2 Cetti's Warbler, 2 Stonechats and 1 Grey Wagtail.
