An Osprey which appeared out of the murk and flew south this morning and a single Purple Sandpiper amongst the high tide roost were today`s highlights.

1 Teal west, 33 Common Scoters west, 1 Red-throated Diver west, 5 Sandwich Terns
and 1 Guillemot east. Also 2 Atlantic Grey Seals.

1 Osprey came out of the murk and flew south at 07:45, 13 Golden Plovers south, 1 Snipe
south, 2 Ravens south, 1 Skylark south, 73 Swallows south, 7 Grey Wagtails south, 18
Alba Wagtails south, 158 Meadow Pipits south, 11 Chaffinch south and 1 Reed Bunting
south.

1 Whimbrel, 1 Greenshank, 1 Med. Gull, 1 Yellow-legged Gull, 1 Kingfisher and 60 Linnets.
