Six Black Terns amongst the passing Arctic Terns, Hobby & Corn Bunting through on vis, and an arrival of Spotted Flycatchers were today`s highlights.

Offshore
36 Common Scoters east, 3 Red-throated Divers east, 1 Fulmar west, 18 Manx Shearwaters east, 13 Gannets east, 1 Arctic Skua east, 2 Razorbills east, 11 Guillemots east, 114 Auk sp. east, 6 Black Terns east, 18 Sandwich Terns, 118 Arctic Terns east, 4 Kittiwakes east and 1 Little Gull east.

Visible Migration
4 Whimbrels east, 1 Hobby east, 6 Swifts east, 1 Sand Martin north-east, 96 Swallows north-east, 4 House Martins north-east, 1 Redpoll east and 1 Corn Bunting east.

Grounded Migrants
1 Willow Warbler, 1 Garden Warbler, 9 Spotted Flycatchers, 1 Whinchat and 3 Wheatears.

1 Little Egret, 46 Ringed Plovers, 3 Grey Plovers, 8 Whimbrels, 3 Turnstones, 350 Sanderlings, 80 Dunlins and 1 Hybrid Hooded / Carrion Crow.
