A decent seawatching morning with the fourth Puffin of the spring, and 5 Pomarine Skuas including a dark morph, which is only the second record of this form for the Obs.

Offshore
345 Common Scoters east, 1 Red-throated Diver east, 8 Manx Shearwaters  east, 11 Gannets east, 1 2CY Shag east, 3 Arctic Skuas east, 5 Pomarine Skuas - 4 LM & 1 DM in the mouth of the bay, then dropped onto the sea, 1 Puffin came off the sea & flew east, 2 Razorbills east, 6 Guillemots east, 56 Auk sp. east, 26 Sandwich Terns, 1 Common Tern and 127 Arctic Terns east.

Pomarine Skua - dark morph (very heavy crop)

Visible Migration
4 Whimbrels east, 4 Swifts east, 28 Swallows north, 1 Tree Pipit east and 1 Redpoll east.

Grounded Migrants
2 Spotted Flycatchers and 1 Wheatear.

Others
1 Little Egret, 2 Whimbrels, 155 Ringed Plovers, 7 Turnstones, 1 Curlew Sandpiper, 250 Sanderlings, 130 Dunlins, 25 Swifts, 2 Sand Martins and 60 House Martins.
