Another Yellow-browed Warbler was found mid morning in the cemetery; it was seen and heard in the Sycamore belt along the west side before moving into the adjacent large gardens in the increasing easterly wind. Also the first Twite and Yellowhammer of the Autumn were recorded on vis.

Offshore
2 dark-bellied Brent Geese east, 15 Common Scoters west, 3 Red-breasted Mergansers west, 3 Red-throated Divers west, 1 Gannet west, 1 Great Crested Grebe, 4 Guillemots east and 7 Auk sp. east.

Visible Migration
138 Pink-footed Geese south, 1 Sparrowhawk south, 1 Merlin in off, 52 Jackdaws south, 5 Rook south, 42 Skylarks south, 64 Starlings south-east, 2 Mistle Thrushes south-east, 3 Tree Sparrows south, 37 Alba Wagtails south, 148 Meadow Pipits south, 1 Rock Pipit south-east, 41 Chaffinch south-east, 7 Greenfinch south-east, 44 Goldfinch south, 10 Linnets south, 2 Twite east, 1 Yellowhammer south-east and 7 Reed Buntings south-east.

Grounded Migrants
5 Goldcrests, 1 Yellow-browed Warbler, 2 Chiffchaffs, 1 Blackcap, 12 Blackbirds, 8 Song Thrushes, 1 Stonechat and 1 Wheatear.

125 Wigeons, 200 Teal, 6 Little Egrets, 42 Ringed Plovers, 43 Golden Plovers, 750 Lapwings, 100 Sanderlings, 5 Snipe, 68 Black-tailed Godwits, 9 Stock Doves, 1 Kingfisher, 200 Goldfinch and 70 Linnets.
