The highlight of the day was the finding of a Firecrest feeding with a party of Long-tailed Tits in the early afternoon. Another highlight was two Black-throated Divers which drifted in on the late afternoon tide; the birds showed well on a very calm sea. 7 Common Scoters, 3 Red-breasted Mergansers, 5 Red-throated Divers, 2 Black-throated Divers, 1 Great Crested Grebe and 2 Razorbills.

1 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 25 Goldcrests, 1 Firecrest , 2 Chiffchaffs, 2 Blackcaps, 26 Blackbirds, 11 Song Thrushes, 55 Redwings, 2 Robins, 1 Stonechat and 1 Wheatear.

160 Wigeons, 1 Gadwall, 100 Teal, 9 Shovelers, 3 Little Egrets, 38 Ringed Plovers, 85 Golden Plovers, 700 Lapwings, 73 Sanderlings, 78 Black-tailed Godwits, 1 Med. Gull, 1 Barn Owl and 2 Cetti's Warblers.
