The highlight today was a juvenile Black Guillemot which flew into
the bay and landed on the sea opposite the tower.
Offshore
34 Common Scoters west, 11 Gannets west, 37 Sandwich
Terns, 1 Common Tern and 1 juv. Black Guillemot.
Visible Migration
1 Common Sandpiper west.
Grounded Migrants
2 Whitethroats and 2 Wheatears.
Others:
1 Wigeon, 5 Shovelers, 4 Little Egrets, 102 Ringed
Plovers, 35 Knot, 120 Sanderlings, 250 Dunlins, 2 Black-tailed Godwits, 1 Spotted
Redshank, 275 Turnstones and 4 Med. Gulls.
