The highlight of new years day was a Marsh Harrier over the water meadows, which is rare here in winter.

Gull, 6 Stock Doves, 1 Barn Owl, 3 Long-eared Owls, 1 Short-eared Owl, 1 Raven, 3 Cettis Warblers, 1 Nuthatch, 2 Stonechats, 1 Grey Wagtail, 1 Water Pipit, 70 Linnets and 26 Twite.
