Another arrival of migrants today with Spotted Flycatcher being the main species involved, there were at least twenty recorded around the Obs plus a single Wood Warbler.

 Spotted Flycatcher

Offshore 
12 Common Scoters east, 2 Red-throated Divers east, 5 Manx Shearwaters east, 4 Gannets east, 1 Guillemot east, 2 Black Terns east, 2 Sandwich Terns and 3 Arctic Terns east.

Visible Migration
1 Whimbrel east, 9 Swifts east, 3 Sand Martins north-east, 86 Swallows north-east, 5 House Martins north-east, 1 Yellow Wagtail east, 2 Tree Pipits north-east and 2 Redpolls east.

Grounded Migrants
1 Wood Warbler, 2 Willow Warblers, 3 Garden Warblers, 2 Lesser Whitethroats, 5 Whitethroats, 3 Sedge Warblers, 1 Grasshopper Warbler, 20 Spotted Flycatchers, 3 Whinchats and  7 Wheatears.

Others
220 Ringed Plovers, 5 Whimbrels, 25 Turnstones, 500 Sanderlings, 850 Dunlins, 1 Greenshank and 2 Common Sandpipers.
