The day`s highlights were a 'cream crowned' Marsh Harrier and a Short-eared Owl on vis, and the year's first Whitethroat.

Short-eared Owl

Offshore 
1 Shelduck east, 84 Common Scoters east, 5 Red-breasted Mergansers, 8 Red-throated Divers east, 1 Arctic Skua east, 2 Kittiwakes west, 62 Little Gulls, 48 Sandwich Terns east and 1 Common Tern east.

Visible Migration 
1 Marsh Harrier north, 19 Whimbrels east, 5 Wood Pigeons east, 1 Short-eared Owl east, 3 Jackdaws  east, 3 Carrion Crows north-east, 15 Sand Martins north-east, 52 Swallows north-east, 1 Yellow Wagtail east, 36 Alba Wagtails north-east, 2 Tree Pipits north-east, 97 Meadow Pipits north-east, 112 Goldfinch east, 130 Linnets east and 1 Reed Bunting east.

Grounded Migrants 
2 Chiffchaff, 25 Willow Warblers, 6 Blackcaps, 1 Whitethroat, 1 Grasshopper Warbler, 3 Sedge Warblers, 3 Reed Warblers, 16 Wheatears and 3 White Wagtails.

Others
2 Whooper Swans, 1 Little Egret, 55 Ringed Plovers, 350 Knot, 175 Dunlins, 2 Whimbrels, 117 Black-tailed Godwits, 2 Common Sandpipers, 150 Turnstones and 1 2CY Yellow-legged Gull.

Ringing
2 Chiffchaffs, 15 Willow Warblers and 1 Blackbird.
